SHIPPING POLICY
Hello Qutie! To ensure that your package is delivered properly and in a timely manner, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. Please contact us the following business day and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Rated Q, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Rated Q DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 5-8 business days from the day the order was placed.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-4 days to process your order. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer local pick ups and USPS Priority Mail to most locations. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
